Online Account Changes
We are going through some changes here at the Ashland Fiber Network.
If you get your service through one of our ISP partners (Ashland Home Net, Jeffnet, Computer Country, or Infostructure), this change does not affect your account. Please contact them about service problems.
AFN services are now charged through the City of Ashland Utility Billing Department. That means to get AFN direct service you MUST have a City of Ashland Utilities account.
If your service has been transferred to your Utilities account, your login has been disabled.
